What is a misunderstanding here is, people want hack for the growth , but in real sense, Growth is a process, not any hack. Growth mainly depends on the KPIs you have set, sit with your team and then discuss on each and every KPIs that were set and whats the current status, whats the problem , how to prioritize your work and lots more.
